Home Crush: Old Meets New in Nashville
Happy Monday everyone! We are here again with another “Home Crush,” this time we are here to share a home from my home of Nashville, Tennessee. This home is absolutely stunning and was designed by architects at Long & Long Design and interior designer, Rachel Halvornson. Let’s go take a look!
First, let’s check out this beautiful foyer! The designer said she wanted the stair hall of this Nashville home "to feel old and new at the same time." I think she achieved just that! Walking into this space you can’t help but notice the beautiful antique Spanish floors. They compliment this gorgeous bench so well. Another feature I am loving in this space is the gallery wall of modern and vintage prints. A gallery wall is always a great way to combine old and new art in a fun way.
Heading into the sitting room, I can’t help but notice the beautiful abstract art and mid century brass lamps. I love the way the designer styles this room. It is such a cohesive yet fun color palette!
Absolutely love this shot! The height and size of these steel doors and windows adds so much to this space. I love how these modern windows compliment the traditional oak flooring.
Banquet seating, beams and a beautiful range are always a good idea in a kitchen. This one happened to achieve all three! I really enjoy this space and all of its details.
The vaulted ceilings are everything in this master bedroom! Who would have thought you could accessorize your fireplace? I love the way this one is styled.
Looking at this pool has me ready for summer! Who else wants to jump in this pool? I love the simple white and black exterior of this home. It is so classic and timeless.
Hope y’all enjoyed today’s “Home Crush”! We will be back again next Monday for another dreamy home! Xo
