PROJECT REVEAL: Friend Residence Kitchen & Living Room

There is no better feeling than completing a full home design, top to bottom, and being able to photograph every inch of it. We photographed their 4 kids bedrooms last year, and are finally getting around to shooting and sharing the rest of the home!

This is Part 1 of many, as I reveal each space little by little, showcasing all the details.

I love this kitchen. The layers and intentional thought that we dreamt up for this space really was brought to life by my amazing contractors and trades. Between the custom plaster hood, detailed marble backsplashes, wood panelling, and more, this kitchen really is a dream for a family of 6! The pantry took some major brain power to execute. There were so many gadgets and fancy appliances that we needed to puzzle piece together, but it turned out to be just right!

The family room is the perfect gathering place for neighbors and friends (pun intended) to hangout complete with a custom sectional, designed by me, and a custom accent chairs that we transformed with the cutest pin stripe fabric I have ever seen! We designed this custom hand molded plaster mantle, and adding in all of the trimwork, and finish carpentry and cabinets, as well. It really made this “builder grade” home, magic.

It was an honor and privledge to be apart of this amazing project. I leaned SO much, and feel like its by “best one yet”, but I always say that about my latest and greatest project. Thank you Cody and Tianna Friend for trusting me with your beautiful home.
